I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. They will take the time to answer the questions that you might have about the item/items. I haven't pawned or sold anything but, I have purchased several things at what I believe to be very good prices. I will continue to visit the store because of all of the above.

Well, I was very satisfied. All I did was enter the store, look through the DVD and Blu-Ray collection, pick out a few titles and check out. Everything was fine. There was nothing else to be done to make my visit 'highly' satisfying. But I have had highly satisfying visits in the past, it's a very well run store with a friendly and professional staff. It's one of only two pawn shops I go to, and this is the best one in town as far as I'm concerned. If I had one 'complaint' and it's a very minor one, it would be that it's too bad that more of the audio speakers don't have their speaker grills / covers. So many people are so rough with their equipment and speakers, I guess that most of the speakers that come in no longer have the grills, and there's nothing the staff can do about that. The only other thing I can think of is that I frankly wish your store was larger so you could store and display more stuff. I really have no complaints or major suggestions. It's an excellent store that is very well run.
