The suites are well worth the upgrade cost at this hotel, as they allow plenty of room to breathe. An aspect that may be a drawback of the hotel is that all rooms have a connecting door to an adjoining room.

The staff were all exceedingly helpful & courteous. The beach is beautiful & the pool is quite nice. Earl the bartender was outstanding. Overall a great trip. 2 minor suggestions: the satellite TV comes in & out frequently when the weather is bad. Also, when the weather is bad, it would be nice to open up the Sandcastles bar to give people somewhere else to drink/hang out.

This place had awesome atmosphere and is conveniently located walking distance from shops and restaurants. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of furniture to put your stuff. Otherwise the place is great and the restaurants are great.

The staff was pleasant except for the restaurant staff. I believe the whole restaurant staff should be re-trained.
