Don't pride yourself on the "little things" if they don't happen. Did not get cookies on arrival, did not receive breakfast vouchers (as negotiated in our rate), rooms near ours were noisy well past 10:30 pm (I have a child), the elevator had a cookie smeared all over the floor for our entire stay, internet code (both name/room # and hhonors info) would not work . . . Generally disappointing.

Not impressed with the place. Bathrooms very small. outside needs a update. It was clean and had a friendly staff but would choose a different hotel in the future.

Breakfast was free but was not good and water heater broke while I was there which sucked I know some things are out of people's control but I have to rate the stay that I received.. They did comp the room after many phone calls but just expect better from a double tree and being Hilton honors diamond
