We dropped the rims off in the morning with them and they got them finished before we got done with our second stop while in Reno, we had to come in from out of town so it made for an easy day

Procedure is first come-first serve. Big O took me in right away. An hour later, received a text that car was ready. Very pleased. Big O has done this procedure before with similar results. That's why I continue taking my 2007 Pilot to Big O.

This Big O location is outstanding. Theyre quick and equally important they are courteous and CLEAN.

All staff were EXCELLENT. Service was fast. Scheduling was fast and easy and Customer Service rep was knowledgable, helpful, honest..... Pick up staff was very nice even though I was caught in traffic and 20 minutes late picking up. Refund was issued. I would definitely return to this Bid O Tires, as long as the pricing is competitive. I have one more vehicle that requires tires soon.

We always have an amazing experience, the workers are reliable and help everything to go as smoothly as possible, and Pablo went above and beyond helping us figure out the financing option. Him and the manager even stayed late so that we were able to get everything figured out.
