All staff were EXCELLENT. Service was fast. Scheduling was fast and easy and Customer Service rep was knowledgable, helpful, honest..... Pick up staff was very nice even though I was caught in traffic and 20 minutes late picking up. Refund was issued. I would definitely return to this Bid O Tires, as long as the pricing is competitive. I have one more vehicle that requires tires soon.

They do a good job on oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 1pm. They didn't get my car in until 1:30pm. I did wonder about that.

Procedure is first come-first serve. Big O took me in right away. An hour later, received a text that car was ready. Very pleased. Big O has done this procedure before with similar results. That's why I continue taking my 2007 Pilot to Big O.

This Big O location is outstanding. Theyre quick and equally important they are courteous and CLEAN.

The customer service rep was very nice and greeted me immediately. The repair on my tire was done promptly even though I was a few minutes late for my scheduled appointment time. I wasn't handed my keys and dismissed. I was asked if there were any concerns or questions.
