Slow service. Associate handed the phone by the customer, and she only asks for the barcode. Customer was then forced to do her job of "redeem[ing] offer". Is the associate not supposed to be the one handed the phone to "complete the transaction"?

Line building behind me led me to run my card for what finally was corrected as "corrective customer service". Very disappointing.
