Check in staff was great, got upgraded to business class. The room was OK. Bathroom ventilation fan wasn't working. Room was pretty quiet considering the hotel is right next to the interstate

We like staying here because of the location and the view of downtown Cincinnati and the riverfront. Easy and access to the highway , also Covingtonnd a Newport have a lot to offer.

We were staying at this Radisson because we were attending a Cincinnati Reds game. Upon arrival we were told that the shuttles were full so we would have to find other means of transportation to get to the game. This was one of the reasons for staying at the Radisson. We took a shuttle provided by Molly Malones, a local pub and back to their location which was within a mile and a half of our hotel. I called the hotel at 10:38 to get a shuttle to pick us up and return to the hotel. I spoke to a lady by the name of Reanna. And she said the shuttles were still running and still picking up guest from the baseball game and it would be at least 40 to 45 minutes to pick us up from Molly Malones . I told her that would be fine and she took my cell number and said she would have the driver call me once they were in route. I never received a phone call and an hour and a half later we walked back to the hotel! Really, not even a phone call! We stayed in room 1524. The refrigerator in that room was dirty and has mold around the seal of the door. It really should be thrown out. Also during our stay there was no Wi-Fi the entire time. Our reservation was under the name Adams. We have stayed here in the past and had a good experience but after this experience I doubt we will ever stay at this Radisson Hotel again
