Sheraton Annapolis Hotel

It was a nice visit

My experience was satisfactory. The room was clean and presentable. The bathroom was clean, but the lighting was too dim. The room did not have a full length mirror. I was unable to adjust my evening gown. The bathroom sink was too low. I was unable to wash my face without making a mess with the water. I did like that the rooms had a microwave & refrigerator. My check was not too pleasant. I am a member of IHG and requested to have the points applied to my account. The young lady did not want to speak me any further about the process or what type of confirmation I would receive. That was very disappointing from someone that should always be willing to assist. Especially, when you are the first person the guess encounters.

I had cobwebs in my room. Other than that, it was nice.

there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the bathroom shower. ..the room wasn't very clean
