Great experience as I have not had a facial in awhile

Saria gives a fabulous facial. She is the reason I go to that spa.

The ambience of the spa is relaxing, inviting, and calming. Every employee I’ve encountered smiles and welcomes me as if it were my personal retreat. My esthetician listened to my skin issues and walked me though the process to explain how the products would help treat my issues. She knew when to talk and when to stay silent, allowing me the opportunity to escape the busy life I lead.

Spa all around clean, staff professional, caring, patient. Feeling welcomed as if I was the only person there.

I appreciated the timeliness, cleanliness and quality of service. I look forward to my next treatment soon.

Sandy is incredibly knowledgeable about what I needed without me even needing to explain it to her. She was also very receptive to the things I wanted done. Roman at the front desk Is awesome too

The therapist gave the areas I was concerned with proper attention and loosened my back up in less than an hour.

We booked a last minute appointment and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Upon check-in, she even suggested that my husband and I could sit in a more private area to read since we are currently studying highly technical topics. However, the room that was suggested had very low lighting, or else we would have taken her up on the offer. It was nice to have a "be a member" month to see what it's like to be a member. We'll definitely consider it!
