My vehicle quit on me on my way to Big Lots. I was stuck on the hill and three. Of your employees came out and pushed me into the big lots service station relieved a lot of stress that I was not stuck in the middle of the road they were able to tell me that my car was in need of a transmission repair and also explained that they did not do that type of work there, but I also gave me some recommendations. Very very grateful.

I have always been very satisfied with the service at the Georgetown Kentucky store since Jeremy Kelly has taken over the management of the shop. All of the service technicians are extremely helpful and professional.

Jeremy was completely honest with the status of my vehicle, the recommended services, the prices of the recommended services, and how badly my vehicle really needed each service before I have a chance to bring it back after a work trip. I really appreciate a shop that isn’t always trying to upsell and will be honest with customers.

I got a nail in my tire while passing through town and was able to get the car into Big O. Since it was about 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday I wasn’t sure I would be able to get it patched, but the guys were understanding and kind in a way that you might expect from a good friend, but not necessarily strangers at closing time. My child and I felt safe, comfortable and taken care of. The employees interacted with one another in a way that indicated they got along well and took care of one another too. I was back on the road about 40 minutes later.
