Brittany was amazing,she got the tires I wanted in a timely fashion,got me an appointment an was very professional when it came me to discussing what I wanted

I had a coupon for an oil change and inspection of everything including hoses and lines and air filters etc and supposed to have my tires rotated. However I think all they gave me was the oil change I know they didn't rotate my tires because I have a mark on one of my tires and it's still on the same spot so I'm not satisfied that they didn't do what the coupon said. I asked the girl at the front desk if they suggested anything and she said no which leads me to believe that they didn't inspect anything. Which is crazy because I had the extra money that day and was willing to pay for whatever they suggested that I needed.

I had an appointment to come in to have my brakes inspected. I was told that my brakes were OK but my tires were getting to the point that they would need to be changed as able to get the deal by three tires. Get one free other things were done a new battery Was suggested there was a schooling sound. I would hear when I would put on my brakes lubricant was suggested.

Needed a new pressure sensor and they had them in stock and were willing to see me the same day.

Quick service. Brought vehicle in because I believed that at least one of the rotors was warped. Turns out all 4 were and needed to be replaced. They also checked my battery and found it was not cold cranking to the level it needed. They saved me quite a bit of heartache and consternation.

The guys took time to look into two other issues while I was there. They quickly fixed one (loose battery connection) and diagnosed the other, giving me information I can to a more specialized shop to resolve it. The charge for this was super reasonable.
