The car was not ready at the pick up time I had selected on line and I had to return two hours later. I only had one car choice, Kia Soul. The car was not very comfortable to drive

Everytime I go to this Galveston location there is a wait. It takes the associate at least 20-30 min to get me checked in. They answer outside calls and stop helping me to help a phone customer. All the while, there are other associates just sitting around. Then, when I have reserved a car 3 weeks ago, they tell me I have to wait while they do a "safety inspection". This is ridiculous and I will no longer use enterprise if I have a choice!!
