Outstanding property and hospitality

Did not receive complimentary bottled water as a HHonora member

I have yo say that I was NOT impressed with the desk staff whatsoever. They were rude and impatient. When checking in, I was not greeted nor asked if I was a Hilton Honors member. Our room however was spacious and clean. The wallpaper was peeling and a little outdated. The fridge was roomy and worked well and the coffee maker and microwave were clean. Cleaning staff was very sweet as well as the shuttle bus driver. Overall it was a good experience for the price but I am truly disappointed that the place isn't welcoming to walk into. We purposely avoided the front desk entrance area due to just feeling unwelcome.
