Room was very clean, the staff was great

The staff and hotel were excellent. We always enjoy staying at Marriott hotels. If we have a choice of hotel chains to stay at, we choose Marriotts.

Good stay

There are five of us here for six days. We came to town for the Boost 2015 conference in Palm Springs. We are all teachers, we made reservations ahead of time, and we planned to pay with our school district credit card. Once we arrived at the hotel there was a problem with them accepting our school credit card because the superintendents name was on the credit card and even though we are approved signers, the hotel would not except the card. We never were able to work this out with the hotel. So we went next-door to the extended stay hotel and checked in there with the same credit card – no problems. Courtyard by Marriott lost out on about $4000 by not working with us and allowing us to use our school district credit card. And it was a big hassle to have to move to a new hotel.
