This is the perfect hotel for my family and I. Not only is it great for the kids, it's also good for adults. Everything we could have asked for at our stay there.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The overall property seems somewhat dated and need to be up-to-date in terms of the Decor.

Overall very good. There was construction which is understandable but still detracts from overall experience. Water was not functional one day in my room & had to take shower in unoccupied room in opposite wing of hotel which was very inconvenient. I know they were working on things, but this was around 4:30 in afternoon, which is when many people shower before going out for dinner

Check in was terrible...set a very bad first impression! Workers are very nice.

Not up par with other Sheraton hotels. I was disappointed with amenities.

Approximately 20 minutes after unpacking following a pretty exhausting day, our room was flooded with sewage. That was Problem #1. Problem#2 was that there was a flaw in the plumbing to the point that when the flood began, there was no handle on the pipe to turn off the water. Furthermore, the lid was bolted (!??!) to the tank, so there was no way to turn off the water there, either. That is, the lid to the toilet tank was protected but, as a result, neither our persons nor our possessions were. Problem #3 was that the lines to the front desk were busy, so we had no assistance at all (until I got through to the bellhop and asked him to pass on our SOS). Problem #4 was that we were led to think that the manager was going to call us. Unfortunately, though, we were told that the manager was not on duty at the moment we were having our crisis. (We then wanted to talk to the manager when we checked out, but, interestingly, s/he was off duty then, too.) Although our room was flooded (as was the hallway outside) with sewage, and our evening was ruined at great expense, the most annoying part is that not only has the Disney Dolphin resort not contacted us, they have avoided us when we have tried to contact them.
