The place is gorgeous!

It was nice

We traveled with friends that attended an event at the hotel. This was our first time staying on Disney property. We have realized it's the best way to stay when experiencing all the attractions on property! Transportation from hotel to all the parks was outstanding, from the waiting areas, to how frequent the shuttles came around. The only negative experience we had, was at the pool. When my teenage daughter inquired about purchasing a floating toy, the team member working the kiosk was not very friendly. Other than that our stay was amazing and positive! We enjoyed all that Disney World has offered!!

A nicely run hotel in a great location

We had a great stay overall. Unbeatable location for Hollywood Studios & Epcot. The housekeeping staff was polite, friendly, & did an excellent job. However, it seemed that perhaps they were assigned too many rooms as our rooms were not cleaned until late in the day. A hotel of that size should be prepared to handle that volume.
