So wrong that they charge a hidden $23.00 service fee for water and wifi. So wrong probably won't stay there again. Beautiful hotels are a dime a dozen. On principle alone would be the readon

Cool pool area. Nice access to Epcot and Hollywood studios. Should include magic bands.

Conference rooms were not in good shape

Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The overall property seems somewhat dated and need to be up-to-date in terms of the Decor.

Overall very good. There was construction which is understandable but still detracts from overall experience. Water was not functional one day in my room & had to take shower in unoccupied room in opposite wing of hotel which was very inconvenient. I know they were working on things, but this was around 4:30 in afternoon, which is when many people shower before going out for dinner

Nice accommodations but wished they had queen beds in the rooms versus 2 doubles. Most hotels at this level would have queen options.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Bathtub would not drain.

Check in was terrible...set a very bad first impression! Workers are very nice.

Not up par with other Sheraton hotels. I was disappointed with amenities.
