I love TLA , it's a close intimate setting. The only I don't like are the bathrooms. They really need to be remodeled

One of my favorite Philadelphia concert venues. Have been several times and plan on returning.

Love how small it is - you can really see the band up close from any spot. The worst thing about this place is the (womens) bathroom. It's soooo tiny and girls smoke cigarettes in there, but honestly I was surprised at how clean it was. Overall I liked the venue and will check back to see what other bands play there - this was my first time here.

The TLA is a nice venue with good acoustics, and it draws great acts. The staff is generally pleasant, and I received the most thorough pat down of my life before the show. Beers are expensive (even for a concert venue), and toward night's end the building's ancient plumbing struggles to keep up with demand in the women's restrooms. I love the venue, but drink somewhere else before the show, and make sure you hit the bathrooms early.
