This was a great hotel. The bed was so comfortable & soft.

I was at the bar to get drinks. There was one guest waiting for her order. There were 3 employees behind the bar. One was taking care of her, one was eating, and the third was watching tv. The one eating saw me, but didn't acknowledge me or ask the one watching tv to wait on me.

Let me start off by saying that I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where they did not offer free secure parking along with your stay. It is incredibly ridiculous to pay $8 every time you leave and come back to the parking deck. It was $10 if you included it with your overall bill on your credit card. They might as well should have taken the money out of my wallet their selves. Also check in time for the hotel was not until 4 in the afternoon. If we knew all this information prior to staying we would have NEVER paid to stay there. Absolutely ridiculous, they will not receive my business again.
