love chumash. very fun and nice place to go too.

too smoky-you should ban smoking-such a small percentage of people ruin the casino environment for so many.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience. It would have been better if: -there was no construction going on -less smoking (I think you would increase patronage if you eliminated smoking) -there were no lines in the restroom -the beverage cart does not pass by enough -the parking was more accessible

The employee that helped at Club Chumash was not friendly. She was a heavier set Hispanic female with heavy make up and visible tattoos. This started off my visit poorly. As usual, too much construction, limited slot machines to play, and too smoky. This made my overall visit extremely disappointing.

This visit was tarnished by the lack of parking, too smoky of an environment, and not enough slot machines. I realize this casino is under construction and I will visit when it is completed.
