We had three burnt out lights on our room, called and asked for them to be changed, they came up and looked at which ones they were and said they would be back soon to change them but no one ever came back to change them!! Very disappointed! I will not be using this hotel again!

So this hotel is not very accessible. There are stairs that you have to go up and down with your luggage. The area around it is boarder line sketchy. The guys working the fest and shuttle were supper nice but they can't help the location of the hotel.
