It is one of my favorite places on the strip always clean doesn't smell like old cigarettes no hookers just nice that is why we generally stay at the encore or the Wynn

I love encore. But I was alittle disappointed in the food. I went to frank Sinatra's restaurant and the food wasn't even good. I spent around $750 and it wasn't even special. I could have went to any Italian, chain or not, restaurant and it would have been. And it would have been cheeper. $750 for a whatever meal.
