Had work layover

The complaint I have is that the room for lost items should be available to staff around the clock. I could not get my personal item because the front desk did not have a key to get it. The staff did offer to have the item shipped. The room was nice with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff meeting was very friendly.

Although the rooms had a decent renovation to them. You could hear everything the person next to you was doing thru the vent in the bathroom and it ecode throughout the entire room. Plus the outside looks terrible when you pull up.
