The staff was incredibly rude. We were quoted a price of $69 a night over the phone. When we arrived, they charged us $89 and claimed to have never heard of a $69 rate and would not give us the predetermined price. Additionally, the beds were hard, pillow cases dirty, and we found literal bed bugs in our beds. If we hadn't had my sisters graduation to attend, I would have demanded a refund and left that awful room for good. Oh and there was NO complimentary breakfast, as falsely advertised on the website.

We were quoted a price for the stay and they refused to match it when we arrived and charged us a higher rate. Then there was no breakfast included that next morning like we were promised. The pictures of the room were much different online than what was actually there. There was also bugs in the bed. My mother was traveling with me and she had bug bites when she woke up the next morning and we began to look in the sheets and found tiny bugs. We will not be going back. Very unhappy with the stay.
