The staff greet you the minute you get out of your car. After assessing your ties they give you a thorough explanation of your needs. While you wait they have fresh coffee and bottled water. I always enjoy my experience at Discount Tires!!

nagement spike with me while I was in thewaiting roomI have never been to a business establishment that treated a customer better! They offered bottle water and fresh coffee. They fixed my flat tire free of charge and gave me two loaner tires to hold me over until payday. Numerous times the general management spoke kindly to me while I waited for my flat to be fixed. Truly remarkable customer service!
