Ramada Lansing Hotel and Conference Center

avg hotel. needed some updates ut overall ok stay.

Room was fine. Good breakfast

This is an older hotel, it is in serious NEED of major renovations. The bed was not firm but very hard, and the pillows had no give to them. Overall I had good interactions with the staff. I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights and the bartender gave poor service the first night. I would only return to this hotel if there was another training or conference there. Then I would consider staying somewhere else. :(
