Very convenient, clean and family friendly.

Upon checking in received a room right below the hotel laundry, not good very disruptive . Went to front desk to request changing rooms front desk clerk Christine wasn't very accommodating due to sold out hotel... Assistant manager heard me voice my concerns about being woke up in the morning by the laundry and had the clerk change my room. All turned out well, however I feel sorry for the person who received that room. Poor design. Laundry shouldn't be located above rooms??
