The indoor pool makes the lobby smell musty. The lack of elevator access to the second floor makes having a room in the second floor arduous. Despite having a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door- housekeeping still came and knocked on the door at exactly 11:00 AM (checkout time). I understand that there is a checkout time but I also expect you to understand that I might be 10-15 minutes behind since I just reached your hotel at 2:00 AM.
