Memphis Zoo

I took my extended family, we had a great time. Stayed for 4 hours. And the picnic grounds were great for our lunch

It was a beautiful Fall day, so we ventured to the zoo for some outside time. We spent most of our time at Once Upon a Farm and the playground. It would be great to have some more animals in the Once Upon a Farm area. Maybe llamas and more pigs. And bunnies. The playground is great, but it would be awesome to have one that is sized more for the smaller children (2-5). You can't keep a determined 3 year old away from it, and it makes parents nervous to have bigger kids running around on elevated structures with the younger ones. I know there are a couple of low to the ground structures for the younger kids, but maybe having a play area in another part of the zoo, maybe near the rides, just for smaller kids, would help alleviate that concern.

Love the Memphis zoo!!!!! I bought a membership and plan on going year round. The special events are awesome. My favorite exhibit is the otters and the camels!!!! I rode a camel today. It was awesome.

We visited the Zoo Boo and had a great time!
