We were at the zoo for zoo lights so it was after hours and most of the animals were asleep - which was expected. We've been to evening events at this zoo before. That said - we love going to the zoo during the day. The exhibits are amazing and it's one of the best zoos in the country.

I took my extended family, we had a great time. Stayed for 4 hours. And the picnic grounds were great for our lunch
