The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They knew exactly what they were talking about about and explained the process thoroughly. The waiting room was extremely clean, and the store was very well organized even though they were getting maintenance done.

The entire Staff (including the mechanic) was the nicest friendliest professional customer service I have ever experienced. Especially in auto repair. I HATE to go out into Retail because of the horrible quality personal that is out there but this Dupont Hwy. Delaware NTB I have experienced twice now in 6 months and is actually a True Pleasurable Experience.
