Overall good however the inability to make an appointment or for you to text us when it is our turn is annoying. I only waited an hour so, overall it was good but the 'no appointment' thing is a bad idea.

The Associates were very nice. The service took about 2 hrs. i was in and out of the waiting area, mostly outside. When inside, I noticed an employee constantly cleaning. It smelled sooo......nice and clean.

I dropped the tire off for repair, was called in an hour and told the tire was ready for pickup.

They got the job done. I’m not likely to recommend them to others because I just generally don’t do those sorts of things. I would highly recommend them if someone asked me about where Where they could go

We were driving through town on a vacation and had a tire that was going flat. We went to the first tire center that we could find. They couldn’t guarantee that the work would be done the same day. They told us to try your store across the street. Your store was able to take us right away and repaired the tire in less than an hour. The fee was very reasonable, the service was fast, and we were on our way. Saved our trip! We were so grateful for the service that your store provided.

I had a serious family emergency, I was on my way out of town when I discovered a screw in my tire , I pulled in to big o in Frisco co and explained my situation, the total ANGEL at the front had my tire done in 44 minutes and then told me that there would be no charge , amazing.

The front desk lady was super helpful explaining the difference in tires for my truck

Very friendly staff that explained why I needed new tires and an alignment. They also took the time to explain the difference between the tire and alignment options available.
