First of all, it wasn't crowded, which is unusual. The checkin was easy. The attendant called me to discuss the condition of my brakes and made recommendations. They were able to complete the work in less time than estimated.

I called ahead to see if they had availability, Trish was super helpful and kind. They said they weren't too busy and could help. I brought my car in and they were transparent about pricing options and what was about to happen with the vehicle. The work was done in under an hour and they called me to let me know it was ready! The price I paid at the end was the same price they quoted me at the beginning.

Quick service and a prompt re-torque of the wheels after 50 miles.

I was first though the door and the balancing, alignment and swap of snot to all weather tires was quick and the store provided me with understandable documentation.
