Big O Tires

I have been coming to Big-O in Frisco for several years. They have always provided good, reliable service. This visit was surprisingly easy, with virtually no wait checking in and picking up my vehicle.

The 2 guys at the front were extremely kind and welcoming. The guy who patched my tire was great as well!

The process was easy Employe was friendly, the store was clean and the service was fast.

Quick turnaround - had an emergency tire blowout while traveling across the state. Erica got me the tires I requested the next morning and we were back on the road with no issues.

I just wanted to say that the current staff is awesome. I know there have always been complaints about the service here, but I have seen a great improvement in the time I have lived up here (4 year). Well done and keep it up!
