Lots of staff on hand and ready to help when we arrived. The lady who approached us was very friendly and very helpful & patient when trying out a number of different mattresses.

Good friendly staff had very good knowledge of the products and spent time explaining everything, no question was left unanswered

Denier the store assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. From getting us set up on the machine to determine what mattress we needed. To offering us a drink and leaving us to browse on our own. Didn't feel pressurised into making a purchase, left to our own devices.

Initial assessment undertaken through the Dreams artificial intelligence bed to recommend a number of mattresses to try. Each one expertly shown and discussed by the sales rep (Pam) to help us make an informed choice.

Roshan (the sleep expert who served us) was super friendly! He greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and offered us refreshments. The results from our sleepmatch, and the advice and guidance from Roshan, helped to quickly narrow down mattresses that were best suited to us. This meant that we effortlessly found the perfect mattress for us! The staff were really knowledgeable about all of the products which made us feel confident with our purchase. The store itself was incredibly clean, tidy and was well spaced and ventilated to prevent the spread of Covid. Overall, we were both impressed with how great our experience was.

The assistant Nigel was able to advise us on all aspects of the beds and mattresses. They sanitised all products and offered drinks whilst we aces the order. He was very polite.

Overall a pleasant and quick trip to your Dreams store. The operative (Nigel) was informative but let us have time to look at the beds.

The staff were very informative and helpful explaining the different kind of mattresses that were on show and more so what bed suited us ...we felt no pressure to buy and we were advised /allowed to try out mattresses for size/ comfort
