The associate Jennifer who helped me was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and also had suggestions when I asked. She was attentive but not at all pushy while I looked around. Great store, great experience, great service and I'll definitely be back!

it was my first visit to your store so I was wondering around looking at things and I was offered assistance (in a non-intrusive way) by three staff members. One lady I had questions for quickly demonstrated that she was very knowledgeable and able to quickly and efficiently answer my questions and follow-up questions.

It's always great shopping there. Never fails I learn something from store personell assisting me and inevitable customers joining in with their own experiences and tips. Good fun. I but Firey Feast as well as additional products and feeders, bird baths etc and have never been disappointed. Love the Kanata store and all who work there.
