I had not ordered the appropriate items on line. Staff helped me in choosing the appropriate items

I came in with a specific bird feeder problem that we were having and the young lady who served us gave us ample options to fix it. She had an extremely deep knowledge of the different species and knew exactly how to cure the problem. Now at home we find that she was 100% correct as our feeder problems no longer exist and we have many new visitors.

Very friendly staff 7 helpful . I 'm trying to limit squirrels at my bird feeders . One of the women gave me a 'water blaster ' that she picked up at the Dollar store . I wanted to shoot the squirrels from my window to scary them away . I am about 1 foot shot of getting them . I guess I need a more powerful water gun . Love this Kanata Store .

Our water wiggler stopped working. They did a straight exchange and make it so easy for us!
