Always friendly and knowledgeable staff! We love the variety of products you carry and receiving bird bucks on all our orders. Fantastic store to shop wether online or in person. We do tell people about the store as well.

I shop at the kanata WBU location every month for my bird seed. The staff is anl extremely polite and helpful. They are always helpful in carrying my products out to my vehicle. At every visit my dog CJ accompanies me. He absolutely loves shopping at this store. The staff welcomes him and always he a special treat to offer him. He is so accustomed to the visit that he heads to the counter awaiting his treat. I absolutely love that dogs are welcomed and I also feel like a valued customer.

They had what I wanted and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have been going to wild Birds unlimited in Kanata since it opened and before that I went to the Bank street loacation and I have always found the stall friendly, knowledgeable, helpfull and great to deal with. I will keep coming back for my bird supplies
