Hi have been shopping at the Kanata store since it opened and have never been disappointed with any aspect of my shopping. In particular I am impressed with store employees. They have never failed when I needed advice or help.

Very friendly staff and a comfortable shopping experience

I use the pepper suet & pepper bell seed. Many squirrels eat the suet & bell seed otherwise. I back onto Greenbelt so we have at least a dozen squirrels(red, black & grey). However, they won’t touch the pepper suet or pepper seed bell! Wonderful! Have not seen those products in other stores.

The staff were very helpful and I was able to quickly complete my purchase.

It is a lovely store with all the bird feeding supplies we need in addition numerous gift items. The staff is always knowledgeable and nice.
