Friendly and helpful staff helped me select gifts for my mother. Recommended a birdseed to attract specific birds.

They know the birds that visit me and I hear them explaining or exchanging ideas with other customers and myself, always giving me timely and useful advice. That experience seldom exists anywhere else I go so for me that's important, I really like that from the people who work at this store.

The staff were helpful and made great suggestions. I renewed my membership and received a bag of no mess mix as a gift. I had never tried it before and the birds love it! Just wish I could come in more often, only when I visit my daughter in Kanata,

There were a number of items available that I can not find in a hardware store. The quality is exceptional and the prices were comparable to another wild bird store I had previously shopped.

I love that we are always greeted with a friendly smile and whenever we have a questions someone is always there to answer it as well as make recommendations based on where we live, etc.
