Very friendly and knowledgable staff and the store offers an excellent variety of merchandise. They offer gifts, awesome seed cylinders (which our birds love) from regular to spicy that the squirrels don’t bother with. Even the bird seed has a regular variety as well as spicy which once again the squirrels leave alone. Well made feeders with an array of ways to hang the feeders on the poles. We love this store in Kanata
