Other customer had been waiting a while for a part to arrive, sales associate advocated hard to fix problem/reduce cost to customer. Then sales associate assisted with getting my new tires put on as I had been waiting about 30 past my appointment time but that wasn't an issue for me.

Made appointment for 8:00am and they got me in at 8 sharp. I went for a flat repair and the mechanic found that it was just my stem core and had me out and on to work almost immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about Midas and their customer

The service techs at Midas on Pembida were honest when they told me what needed to be fixed. I needed an alignment, I was suggested to replace the hub bearing before getting the alignment so I didn't waste my money. Replaced the bearing, they did the alignment, and now my Mom's car is good to go. Thank you!

"I had a puncture in my summer tire. I made a appointment for 2 p.m. puncture was found, repaired, tire was mounted and all four tires were checked, inflated and balanced. The young man who did the work was utterly efficient, personable and I will def"

Their attention to detail and transparency. I came in for an oil check and a routine checkup. Because I had an issue with my battery a month before. I had to tow my car to Canadian Tire (it was the only repair shop open near me on a Sunday) and all they did was clean the battery acid and sprayed it with a sealant of some sort. They didn't check the alternator at all. Midas shows me that the alternator isn't charging it to its complete capacity. They also show me my front coil springs suspension is split and unsafe. I didn't notice any difference at all during driving or any steering issues. Although this is a major cost I didn't expect, it's better to be safe than sorry in the long run. They were able to fix both issues plus my oil change within three hours. Luckily, the parts were in stock.
