Very easy making appointment Took vehicle in right away Technician did a thorough job of checking everything under the hood and the undercarriage. Great job of changing the oil; let I drain long enough to get as much oil out as possible. When oil was replaced he ran engine then raised the car again to check for leaks--excellent!
