This Midas franchise did an excellent catalytic converter and resonator replacement at a fair price considerably less expensive with no unnecessary work compared to our Volvo dealer estimate.

I was actively leaking oil. We are in the process of moving and I definitely needed my car. I was in a panic. Curtis has always been great with me as I have been coming to this location for many years. They were VERY busy, he told me to leave my car and he would try to look at it same day, if not the next day. Well a short time later he called and told me they found the problem, they would fix it And they swapped out my winter tires while they had it. It was ready in a few hours! That’s what I call Great Service!

I’ve been to this Midas location before, they’re quite good and fast. I think my only gripe is your online booking process — I’m hard of hearing and a young woman, I don’t really feel very “safe” or secure when I call over the phone to book appointments. It’d be easier if I could book online based on when you’re all actually available, not just from any date and time and hope for the best because they do inevitably have to call me when the time I chose isn’t actually available. That’s not on the Danforth guys though, just a bad user experience (and I’m a UX designer for a living so I feel confident this isn’t the best practice you guys could be using! If you just listed the actual available times, clients would know they’re booked in immediately and guys in the location can spend their time doing the work rather than playing phone tag with clients). I digress, the guys at Midas Danforth are awesome, the service was fast and reasonably priced, the communication was stellar, the folks inside are all quite nice. Thank you :)
