The staff are friendly and they let you know the status of the work being done. The only issue was that the scheduled appointment was for 8am and they did not look at the car for a while after that. It would have been much easier if I could have made an appointment a bit later if they were not going to look at the car for a while. However, the staff is real good.

I feel I can trust the people at this location. That is very important when you are not always second guessing what you are told and whether the “upsell” is justified or just an unnecessary cash grab. If additional services or work s needed I feel confident that they will be honest about them.

Everytime I've used this location I've always left satisfied and confident in the work. They always let me know what they see wrong with the car but never try and up-sell you extra work or parts. Pleasant people at the counter as well. I have returned more
