First and foremost my loyalty with this location has been strong for at least 10+ years from the time of my very first vehicle. Derek, has usually always been the main person I have dealt with and he always remember me and takes great care of my vehicle and myself. Derek is always a pleasant person to have in the culture and his work is greatly appreciated. If I’m being completely honest having his familiar face and how well he has done for me most of these years is what has and more than likely always will keep me coming back to this location.

I literally already recommended this Midas to somebody because I had a really great experience! Derek (if I recall his name correctly) was very kind, honest, and accommodating with me. My car had an electrical problem which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed there, but he waived the diagnostic fee and emailed the result to me so I could have it ready wherever I took it next. He also let me keep my car there a couple of days until someone could tow it for me. Derek and his team are very trustworthy, so I definitely plan to come back!

Setting up the appointment online was easy and convenient. The waiting area was clean. The staff were friendly and communicated issues and costs up front. I did have to wait a bit (3ish hours) but I would take that over waiting 2 weeks which was the earliest my dealership could get me in. Definitely recommend
