The team at Midas is very knowledgeable and professional. They say what they are going to do and do it !! They are the best car service team I have come across in Cincinnati so far.

Quick, simple service. No upselling, no nonsense. Told me where I could coolant for my car. Easy peasy oil change and inspection.

Derek literally went to a supply shop in the morning and got 2 tires for my car so that I could travel safely to Pittsburgh from Cincinnati to see a neurosurgeon for my son. Beyond grateful.

I was able to schedule my appointment online with the Midas website, I was able to get an early appointment, When I arrived, I was checked in quickly. I got an oil change and windshield wiper blades. My car was finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Derek (sincerely hoping I’m getting the name right!) went out of his way to show me everything I needed done on my vehicle, and we worked together to determine the biggest priorities first due to costs. He worked with me on pricing as much as he could, and guided me through the process of getting financing. Great experience start to finish.

These guys were terrific. They saved us hundreds by welding instead of replacing a flex pipe. This will do the job on our 5 year old Chrysler. Well done Midas!!

The check in was easy and my car was brought back right away. After the inspection they told me about everything they found and asked what I wanted with no influencing one way or the other. The service was done in a reasonable time even with some difficulties they were facing (Internet failing, backed up customers, etc.) and the pricing was in line with what I expected.
