you?re charging money for nothing

I thought my car needed an alternator. It turns out that it just need the battery charged. I was very impressed that no one tried to sell me something that I didnt need. I trust this place and will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

"Cost quoted was not inclusive of taxes. Presented the wrong digital coupon, $5 off instead of the $50 I intended to use. Told my card had been run, could use for future purchases. Had this towed to Midas, should?ve priced this out. $200 more than quoted"

Derek is always very friendly and works with me on whatever the needs are. The turnaround time is great and I never feel like they are trying to sell me extra stuff. I trust Derek and his team.

Juan is an excellent customer service employee. He is knowledgeable patient and kind. Showed me exactly what was wrong with my truck after an excellent diagnosis from his tech.

I will never recommend this Midas i brong my dodge charger in to them running great for heat to get fixed and ended up needing engine and all and my did not even come out there shop drivable i had to tow my car out of there shop my car came out with engine

Took truck in and I was told that the light switch to my head lights was bad. It was going to be 400.00 to change the switch. All that was really wrong was a loose fuse. They charged me 89.00 for diagnostic fee. I feel I deserve a refund!

They told me I had to get a part replaced and showed me what was wrong with the part. The replacement part was delivered quickly.

It is rare that personal behind the counter make you feel like they have your best interests, while offering you choices. Everything was explained including out the door pricing. Not once did I feel as if they were pressuring me. I was hesitant about going to Midas because I just knew all they would want to do is sell me or that, didn't happen. I felt like my vehicle was truly taken care of and I was treated with respect.

Fixed my flat for free, though the tech had a lot of difficulty in locating the hole. They were nice and friendly and got me together, no miss, no fuss. The managers are always friendly and courteous. I trust this location with fixing my car right the first time.
