EXCELLENT

There was issue with the Midas location on east galbraith Paul who lied on me in a conversation to the dealer rep Robby. Robbie told Paulbit was the brakes. After the dealer ship did their part- still had issues with my car. They said hey the brakes are find. Then few months-me not thinking about the brakes I started having issues again! The steering will was shaking hard , during fast speed and slow. I called the dealership-spokr with Robby and said yo me again- Kenni it's the brakes take it back to Midas. So I took my car to another location of Midas- Derek Davis was the bomb and the Tech Chip was able to detect the issue-and it was the rotors- bad rotors. I never felt so relieved about my life and other who drive on the road. I never want to be in accident based on brakes. Derek provided me the integrity base on Midas mission as a Manager and behind the quality 👌 of the work performed to keep me safe. I am appreciative of the service. Thank you

We have used Midas for most of our automobile work for years. The location on Smith Rd in Cincinnati consistently meets and exceeds our expectations.

I have been coming to Midas, preferably establishment for over (20) twenty years. They took care of an 89 Lincoln Town car and when that car was out of service, they took care of my present car 2005 Lexis (330), they have taken care of this one as well.

My UC daughter's car broke down in traffic on Thursday. It was towed to your store. I made an appointment on line for the next morning. I called when the store opened. Derek couldn't have been more helpful. He and your other employees had the car fixed in about four hours. We were in a bad spot, and Derek and the staff saved our day. That's customer service. To make it even better, I'm in Northeast Ohio, and Derek did all he could to take the worry out of our situation, and get my daughter back on the road.
