Got in at my appointment time. Oil change and tire rotation went quickly. Happy customer.

I went in this morning for an oil change and thats what I received. There were some minor issues that didn?t need immediate attention. So I appreciate the quick and honest service today.

I was able to schedule my appointment online with the Midas website, I was able to get an early appointment, When I arrived, I was checked in quickly. I got an oil change and windshield wiper blades. My car was finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Derek (sincerely hoping I’m getting the name right!) went out of his way to show me everything I needed done on my vehicle, and we worked together to determine the biggest priorities first due to costs. He worked with me on pricing as much as he could, and guided me through the process of getting financing. Great experience start to finish.

The check in was easy and my car was brought back right away. After the inspection they told me about everything they found and asked what I wanted with no influencing one way or the other. The service was done in a reasonable time even with some difficulties they were facing (Internet failing, backed up customers, etc.) and the pricing was in line with what I expected.
